This is an awesome cartoon that my sister Sarah created. She was informed recently that her position is being eliminated for the upcoming school year. Which is completely f***ed up. If you live in Maine and/or near her this is her info:

Personally, the graphic design and grammar are atrocious on this flyer, but I like the idea of a total boycott of media purchasing for an entire month.
Of course, I’m an unemployed father who hasn’t personally bought any media in a long while except for finally purchasing a used first-generation Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit plus balance board.
That aside, I also am not entirely sure that the PS is correct. Nor do I know the veracity of the connection with Anonymous.
Can anybody shed some light on this? I really would like to support such a project.

goldenrat1o: Agreed. Terrorist has been defined incorrectly (especially by the news media) ever since 9/11, and likely even before then. I hate how the news media is stating ‘we have no reason to believe it was an act of terrorism’. The reason they are saying this is because the pilot was not middle-eastern. Had he been middle-eastern (with ties to groups or not), everyone would be claiming ‘terrorist’. Terrorism has no racial or religious boundaries.
