I liked this one, too. Obviously for different reasons. When this started happening to me in high school, I just thought I was having some mental issues or something. Then my mom did the same thing and I really got scared.
I did just notice the missing space, which ruins this image for me. (This is where I would create my own if I were into such things.)
Also, I tried TinEye and Google to find the origin, but nothing convincing showed.
